Easter Sunday at the Clubhouse

Join us at the Clubhouse for a special Easter dinner.

We have a limited number of spaces available if you would like to spend Sunday with us dining on a special menu looking over the PGA Baobab Course.

Reservations only for this special lunchtime (12:00PM-3:00PM) or dinner sitting, from 6:00PM to 9:00PM.

Please book through our Front Desk team or the Clubhouse before Friday 18th April 2025.

EASTER SUNDAY MENU

Starters

Indian Ocean tuna tartare with avocado, mango with scallion emulsion

OR

Roasted butternut soup infused with cinnamon and drizzled with coconut cream

Main Course

Roast stuffed turkey set on apple and raisin chutney served with sweet potato William potatoes, green beans bundles and chimichurri

OR

Thyme and garlic Roast Lamb on a bed of saffron creamed cabbage, served with sautéed potatoes, mint salsa and red wine reduction sauce

OR

Paneer makhani in a crispy potato basket served with oven baked naan bread, kachumbari salad and pineapple chutney

Dessert

Mini carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and Parisian mangoes
