Watersports Centre Activities Coordinator
We’re seeking a friendly, energetic individual to help run our Watersports Centre at the Vipingo Ridge Beach Club. We rent kayaks and stand up paddle boards. You’ll ensure guests have a fun, safe experience and help maintain the equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with activity selection, safety briefings and equipment preparation.
• Ensure all activities are safe.
• Clean, rinse and store equipment daily.
• Handle bookings and sales.
• Keep Watersports Centre clean and tidy, supporting any conservation or beach clean up activities.
• Be flexible with hours during events and peak season.
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong and confident communicator.
• Proficient in Customer Service.
• Relevant qualifications and Watersports certifications.

Beach Club Receptionist
We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage our front desk operations, assist guests and provide administrative support at the Beach Club.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Greet and sign in guests, provide information of Beach Club services.
• Handle bookings and enquiries via email, phone or in person.
• Address guest feedback and concerns.
• Prepare reports and escalate to Management.
• Upsell Resort amenities to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk.
• Update notice boards and marketing screens.
• Stay updated on Resort events, promotions and attractions.
Skills and Abilities:
• Degree / Diploma in Business Management.
• 3+ years customer service experience in a busy environment.

Workshop and Maintenance Manager
This position will be responsible for all areas of workshop operations including day-to-day tasks related to the automotive services. Leading the Workshop Team in producing quality repairs with a ‘right first time’ culture and attitude. Identify opportunities for process improvements and help embed a culture on site where everyone is responsible and works as a team.
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechnical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience managing a large and busy automotive workshop.
• Knowledge of automotive systems (vehicle layout, function and location of parts).
• Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repairs.
• Supervisory skills and technical competance with ability to train others.
• Workplace safety, firemarshall, first aid, and site saftey experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Analysis and report writing skills.

Executive Sous Chef
This important supervisory position will be responsible for developing menus, food purchase specification and recipes. They will also supervise staff, develop and monitor food and labor budget for the department and maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate the cooks, stewards and other kitchen employees to ensure that food preparation is economical and technically correct as per recipe and within budgeted labor cost.
• Requisition of products and other necessary food and kitchen supplies.
• Ensure that all high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout, the kitchen areas at all time.
• Establish controls to minimize food and supply waste and pilferage.
• Safeguard all food preparation employees, by implementing training to increase their knowledge about safety, sanitation and accident prevention principles.
• Develop standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation which helps to assure, consistently high quality and to minimize food cost; exercise portion control, for all items served and assist in establishing menu selling prices.
